Dave Kane, President, brings three decades of hands-on experience in industrial automation. Growing up on a Wisconsin farm instilled a practical approach to machinery and problem-solving—an ethos that carries through all our work today. With an electrical engineering degree from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Dave has spent his career in motion control and automation across engineering, technical sales, and leadership roles. At Kane Engineering, this translates to solutions grounded in real manufacturing environments and the collaborative processes needed to bring diverse stakeholders—engineers, operators, procurement, management—into the design conversation.
